Here at Dough Trader we specialize in hand crafting only the finest pizzas. Our dough is made fresh on site using our very own sourdough starter, the same used since the 1880s. We take pride in doing things the old-fashioned way, stretching each crust by hand and topping it with only the freshest, highest quality ingredients. In addition to our traditional sourdough, we also offer a whole wheat sourdough crust.  We start with the same base as our traditional sourdough, but replace the sugar with molasses and add whole wheat flour - creating a rich, nutty flavor.  We recommend trying this crust with the following specialty pizzas, but give it a try with any of your favorites:  Sister Marguerite, Dear Lucille, Gentleman and a Scholar, Mahalo, The Sting.
